Welcome to Edenhurst ‘Edventures’ Holiday Club!
Our exciting, teacher-led holiday club is open to children aged 4-11 years (Reception to Year 6). At Edventures, we’re all about creating memorable experiences through a fun mix of activities like sports, gymnastics, performing arts, crafts, baking, and exciting school trips.
Opening Hours:
8:00am to 6:00pm
What to Bring:
- We provide a morning toast snack and an afternoon fruit snack. Please pack a lunch, water bottle, and extra snacks for the day.
- Dress your child in weather-appropriate clothing (e.g., hats, coats, gloves, or suncream).
Holiday Club Pricing & Payment Options (Starting September 2024)
- Day Rate: £35 per day
- Annual Subscription (Edenhurst Parents): £1,250
- Covers 35 days of Holiday Club access
- Extra days beyond 35 (up to a total of 68 days) are free of charge!
Note: Additional costs may apply for certain trips; details will be communicated in advance.
Payment Methods
- BACS (Sort Code: 20-59-49, Acc: 53612643)
- BACS Reference: Use “Edv + child’s surname” for payments.
- Childcare vouchers
- Cheque (payable to Edenhurst School Ltd)
- Monthly Payment Plan: Available for parents on the school’s 11-month plan. Others must pay in full by October Half term.
Late Collection Fee:
There will be a late charge of £15 per 15 minutes for any children collected after 6.00pm. Payment must be made before the child next attends Edventures.
How to Book
- Complete our Booking Form.
- Submit an up-to-date Data and Medical Form.
- Ensure full payment is made in advance to secure your spot.
Note: Spaces are limited. Please book early to avoid disappointment as walk-ins cannot be guaranteed due to strict staffing ratios.
Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours’ notice: 100% refund
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: No refund
- Trips or special activity days: Non-refundable once booked
