Reception children have started their French lessons with gusto this term. The subject is new to most of the group this year and they have adapted well to the new routines, words and demands of learning a new language.
In Early Years and Pre-Prep, French is taught predominantly through songs and a variety of hands-on games and activities.
Reception’s French topic this term is parts of the body and we have been focusing on spoken word recognition and recall.
